Standard

I was reading today’s daily prompt replies and their are so many Blogger’s whose FATHER were their hero and still are.

I was smiling and thinking the same. My Father is my first hero ๐Ÿ™‚ and he will remain my first hero.

Mother and Father told me that i use to sleep on his chest only when i was child, I was close to him more than my mother. I have so many photos with my fatherย  of my childhood where i am always sitting on his lap or he is holding me but i am not able to post them here right now as they are at my parents home.

Still, I share all the secrets with him. My bad’s and good’s he knows everything very well.He is my strength and pride. He always saved me and supported me .I love him from a core of my heart and i respect him so much.

MAY ALLAH BLESS HIM AMEEN.

  4. This is such a nice tribute to your father!

Thank you for the award ๐Ÿ™‚ It will be Monday before I can get back to regular blogging. Our son and daughter-in-law are visiting. Tomorrow other family will arrive. Since they come from far away, it is only possible for all of us to get together once a year.

  5. Sister Afsheen! Thank you for award! May Allah bless you and make your blog successful, Ameen!. Blessed Moses (pbuh) is the accepted and agreed Prophet of Jews, Christians and Muslims. He received 10 commandment from Allah on Mount Sinai and he also talked with Allah. One of the commandments he received there is “Honor thy father and mother”. All World religions teach to respect and honor your father and mother. Even those people who disbelieve religion and reject presence of God; like Materialistic, Naturalists, Secular Humanists, Atheists, Agnostics, Skeptics etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc ALL agree on “Honor thy father and mother”; the revelation to Moses when he was talking with Allah. Holy Quran is the final and last book of Allah and it also teaches to “Honor thy father and mother”! After all, 10 commandments are also found in Quran !

  6. Qurn tells about respecting parents:

    Surah/Chapter 002 – Al-Baqarah. Verse 83.
And (remember) when We made a covenant with the Children of Israel, (saying): Worship none save Allah (only), and be good to PARENTS and to kindred and to orphans and the needy, and speak kindly to mankind; and establish worship and pay the poor due. Then, after that, ye slid back, save a few of you, being averse.

We Muslims daily pray five times for our parents through following Quranic verse:
    Surah/Chapter 014 – Ibrahรฎm. Verse 41.
Our Lord! Forgive me and my PARENTS and believers on the day when the account is cast.

Quran orders to speak gently with parents:
    Surah/Chapter 017 – Al-Isrรข. Verse 23.
Thy Lord hath decreed, that ye worship none save Him, and (that ye show) kindness to PARENTS. If one of them or both of them to attain old age with thee, say not “Fie” unto them nor repulse them, but speak unto them a gracious word.

Parents can be disobeyed, but only in one case:
    Surah/Chapter 029 – Al-‘Ankabรปt. Verse 8.
We have enjoined on man kindness to PARENTS; but if they strive to make thee join with Me that of which thou past no knowledge, then obey them not. Unto Me is your return and I shall tell you what ye used to do.
